CEO of best-run Consulting, Volodymyr Bilous, and Director of Consulting, Dmytro Semenyuk, became participants in CIO-Jazz 2022 “Effective Enterprise Management”. They visited Kyiv to share their experience and discuss the topic “IT strategy in wartime”.
SIO-Jazz is a platform for communication and exchange of experience based on the “Association of IT Directors of Ukraine”.
IT, as an entity, has become comprehensive, and it will be more interesting for specialized specialists to discuss more “narrow and painful topics”, the solutions of which will help them fulfill strategic tasks.
The purpose of the CIO-Jazz format: a constructive dialogue on the exchange of knowledge and rethinking (reengineering) of IT business processes to achieve breakthrough improvements in the main indicators:
– fast and high-quality implementation of new projects (from idea to implementation);
– effective and uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure;
– comprehensive use of the competencies of off-line and on-line channels.
