PERI was founded in 1969 and today is one of the largest formwork and scaffolding manufacturers in the world. The main production site is in Weissenhorn, in the south of Germany. The company has 64 subsidiaries and 120 logistics centers worldwide. Today the company has more than – 7 700 thousand employees and a turnover of 1.3 billion € in 2015. The company’s name is taken from the Greek preposition “pery,” which translates as – around. PERI gradually grew, but is still a family business and is owned by the founder’s family.
